“We can determine if we’re on track, and if we’re not, we
can ask questions to find out what happened,” Collier says.
“It was a game-changer for us as officers to finally have a
roadmap to follow and know where we were going.”
Some items remain on the work plan for multiple years
as a reminder of higher-profile projects, such as the lobbyist
NARI hired in 2010. Other items are removed because they
become part of everyday NARI operations.
